Jeles’ formal education consists of BAs in Business Management and Consulting, foreign studies in Civil Engineering, and a Masters in Spiritual Psychology from the University of Santa Monica. Throughout the 90s, Jeles held the prestigious position of Negotiation Representative for international Fortune 500 powerhouse Peter Kiewit Sons’ and since 2001 has been the founder and CEO of Aylet, Inc., a corporate consultancy based in Chicago that teaches companies to embody the practices of Louder Listening.

Her client list includes Royal Caribbean, Chevrolet, The Northern Trust, 20th Century Fox, Leo Burnett, and Oprah’s Harpo Entertainment Group.  Jeles’ deepest desire is to create new guidelines for a workforce that unknowingly leaves their greatest resource—relationships—largely untapped.
