Steve J. Smith - Marketing  Strategy Specialist

Steve is the owner of OneCoach of Saddleback Valley and a business partner of OneCoach International, where he now advises and mentors small-business owners and entrepreneurs, helping them grow their businesses with confidence and certainty.

For the past 20 years Steve has grown nationally recognized consumer brands for large corporations such as General Mills, Lysol, Carter Products and Hillenbrand Industries. During his varied leadership roles, Steve developed a keen sense of what it takes to help others reach their career or business goals. Over the years, Steve developed dozens of successful sales professionals and assisted hundreds of small businesses in achieving profitable, market share growth. Steve decided to use his skills to help small business owners with the challenge of growing their businesses This desire to help these businesses grow their bottom lines like the ‘Big Guys’ is what led Steve to OneCoach.

Steve graduated from Frostburg State University in Frostburg, Maryland with a bachelor’s degree in Business Management. He is an expert in sales team development, brand marketing, performance coaching and creative problem solving.

Steve has been living in the Orange County area for 16 years with his wife, Sharon. His 2 grown children; Travis and Carly have successfully begun their own careers in staff recruiting and restaurant management respectfully. Steve is a member of the South County Regional Chamber of Commerce and the Growth and Retention Coordinator for the BNI Power Professionals in Mission Viejo.
